Welcome to LFGForge. By creating an account and using this service you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before continuing.

By clicking "Accept and Continue" you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your region to use LFGForge (13 years or older in most countries; 16 years or older in certain EU/EEA countries). Because LFGForge requires a Discord account to sign in, your Discord account must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service.

You agree not to use LFGForge to:

• Harass or abuse other users. Any use of LFGForge to harass, bully, threaten, or abuse any person will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account.
• Engage in unlawful activity. Any use of LFGForge for purposes that violate applicable law — including but not limited to fraud, illegal gambling, exploitation, or distribution of illegal content — will result in the immediate termination of your account and full cooperation with relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

LFGForge reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, LFGForge, third parties, or the public.

LFGForge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LFGForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will ask you to review and re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the service. Your continued use of LFGForge after any update constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
